Archives i had my reservations, it wasn’t big and flashy as other genealogy websites are, but if I had known then what I know now, I would’ve started here first long ago. Not only do they have access to documents that aren’t easy to come by, they helped me decipher and understand what I was reading as well as the culture behind it. The Puerto Rico Archives helped me discover my Grandmothers true birthday and birth name, they also discovered her parents and grandparents. What the Puerto Rico Archives has done is life changing for our family, we opened a whole new chapter to our history!
