This service is nonrefundable, once you have received and viewed records they become nonrefundable.

Please note: We are not the owners of most records found here, we provide this service for your personal genealogical use. We ask that you use these items for your personal use and not for redistribution.We offer this service as an “Ease of Access” service.  Records are provided in “As Is”, “As Found”,  “As Provided” and/or “As Donated” condition. We do warn that condition varies from excellent to damaged, though, most documents are clean clear and legible. We are not responsible for errors and omissions made at the time of the creation of documents nor the condition in which they have been archived. Some documents are handwritten, deciphering document content and handwriting may require careful examination and the ability to read Spanish language or the language of the country of origin of the ancestor. We currently do not provide translation services. For more information, visit our “Sample Documents” and “FAQ’s” pages.  Since our database may  not be error free and may contain duplicate record entries, we suggest that you order one record and inquire about the other should you believe a duplicate exist. Occasionally our database holds names for which some documents are partially view-able, this means they are badly damaged but vital parts of the record are view-able.
